QuickTools provides its utilities free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Counting, conversion and calculation results are provided for convenience; verify anything important (legal filings, academic submissions, financial figures) with an authoritative source.

Acceptable use

• You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent the tools as your own work product without attribution where reasonable, or use the site to facilitate wrongdoing.
• Passwords you generate are your responsibility: store them in a reputable password manager and never share them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickTools is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its outputs — including, without limitation, rejected submissions, lost data or compromised accounts.

Changes
